I purchased it because since I started working from home it can be hard to focus with the many distractions around. I took this product in the morning before work and was noticeably more focused throughout the day. Highly recommend!I have issues falling asleep and this product has helped me significantly! It also tastes great too!I got the apple flavor and it is pretty sour tasting (probably from the apple cider vinegar). It is easy to swallow. I don't have too bad of an aftertaste. You get some benefits from using this stuff like less stomach bloating, better mental clarity, relaxation and less anxiety.If you google PubMed for L-theanine, an amino acid, you'll find a number of studies showing its benefits in improving sleep quality but also enhancing cognition and alertness, especially when combined with caffeine. L-theanine is the active ingredient in green tea and matcha that's supposed to be so good for you. Lion's Mane mushroom also has significant benefits for enhancing cognition, among other benefits, and the MCT oil included in this formulation is a great carrier for the hemp oil. The mixed berry flavor makes this oil a little more enjoyable to take, which you do by putting a dropperful under your tongue for about 20 seconds, then swallowing.I have two suggestions for improvement. At this price point, the dropper should fill in one fell swoop with the proper recommended dose; mine fills to a point in between the .50 and .75 mL lines on the dropper (which ranges from .25 to 1.0). I also think it is important to indicate precisely the amounts of the ingredients on the bottle. It's easy to slap on a label saying what ingredients are included, but no indication of actual amounts of those ingredients is at the least unhelpful and at worst suspicious...especially when it's sold by a company that specializes in clothing.I do like that the bottle is glass coated in a matte black to protect the contents. I also appreciate that the dropper has gradations marked on it. This is the kind of bottle I tend to save when the contents are gone for filling with my own homemade tinctures. Without knowing the actual amounts of the ingredients, I cannot say if this is a value at this price.A single serving is 1 ml, which requires you to pull the liquid twice with the dispenser, as it only fills up halfway to 0.5 ml for me. You hold it under your tongue for 15 to 20 seconds, so it absorbs, and then you swallow. There is no tingly sensation like I've gotten from other tinctures, but when you swallow, there is a weird berry aftertaste that seems oily. I would rather add this to a drink than take it standalone. I had to drink something else to get rid of the aftertaste. I definitely felt the effects 15 minutes after taking my first dose, allowing me to destress and focus at the same time. I haven’t tried this type of product before. So I didn’t really know what to expect. I ordered this to see if it would help me with my brain fog. I’ve have been taking this for 2 months. I did not notice any ready affect. But after a couple weeks, I did feel that is was bit more mentally sharper. I felt more focused and also had an energy boost usually for a few hours after taking the product.I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
