UPDATE 7/23/21. The jeweler tested both the metal and the stones and both were fake. I tried contacting the company dazzlingrock to see if they would be able to offer an exchange so I could get a real one but they won't do anything to help. Sending this back to Amazon.definitely not even close to the item I bought. stem was bent badly. there is green spots, silver spots and the center *diamonds* are white not yellow.there is no 10, 14 or 18k stamp on it only DM. before I return this obviously fake item, I'm taking it to my local jeweler for an acid test to determine if it is silver, gold, gold plate or pure junk. I'm banking on junk.. its probably brass, with a silver then gold coating to resemble gold. I will update if it really turns out to be gold, but gold does not turn green or silver. so I no its fake, just unsure what its made of. nice otherwise, but not real gold. I bought with the intention of making a very nice ring from it by basically attaching a band to the top piece.
