I've had this shower head assembly since 2014. Works wonderfully and still looks beautiful 5 years later. Recently had the shower retiled and we reused the same valve. Kingston Brass has amazing customer service. They replaced the o-ring and cartridge under warranty. I have Kingston Brass faucets in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Very good quality!
